Jaime and Drew met and fell in love when they were just 17 years old. When I say these two are passionately in love and true soul mates, I mean that wholeheartedly. Life has already thrown them some big curve balls and I left this shoot feeling inspired by their unwavering love for each other and God. Next year they will marry in a little white chapel and I'm already dreaming of what those amazing moments will look and feel like.
The world has looked much different the past few months. I don’t think anyone could have planned for 2020 to unfold the way it has. But just as history has shown us, the one thing that will always remain is love.
On May 30th, Amanda and Mike planned to be wed with hundreds of their friends and family present.. Due to the unforeseen, plans were shifted and the celebration was postponed to next year. But Amanda and Mike knew that May 30th, 2020 was still going to be the day they became husband and wife.
As a nurse, Amanda has been on the frontlines of Covid-19. While dedicating most of her time at the hospital and wedding planning between shifts, this bride-to-be had zero down time during quarantine. I just want to give a huge shout out to this beautiful friend and thank her for everything she continues to do for us during this time.
These are the days that I will remember forever. As a friend and a photographer. Strip away everything and leave what is truly needed on a wedding day. If you think about it, it’s only two things. You, the love of your life, and well, maybe a couple bubble guns and air horns.
